Not to mention the fact that most Somali pirates were once poor fishermen who's survival was threatened by a lack of regulation for foreign industrial fisheries off the Somali coast... the piracy, it seems, is merely an act of desperation from a disenfranchised, exploited group of people. "Pirate" is an arbitrary term, in my opinion.
